We aim to make gifting as smooth as possible — but here are a
few helpful things to know before you send something special.

Where we deliver
We offer tracked delivery across New Zealand to physical street addresses. At this time, we’re unable to send to PO Boxes. If you’re sending to someone rural, just allow a little extra time for delivery.

Delivery timeframes
Most orders arrive within 2–3 working days from dispatch. Rural deliveries may take a day or two longer. You’ll receive a tracking link once your parcel is on the move.

Pick-ups
We don’t currently offer pick-up options — our service is fully online. Your parcel will be packed with care and sent directly to your chosen address.

Receiving your parcel
We strongly recommend choosing a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the parcel. Couriers may leave it in an unsupervised area, and we can’t control where that may be — especially in apartments or busy areas.

Warm weather notice
Chocolate is surprisingly resilient, but it can still soften or melt in direct heat. If you’re ordering in the warmer months, we recommend choosing a delivery location where the parcel won’t sit outside for long. A work address is ideal.

Special delivery dates
We’ll always do our best to dispatch your order with timing in mind — especially around birthdays, holidays or special events. While we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates, we’ll try to ensure it arrives on or before the day.
Substitutions & Availability
Because we work with boutique, small-batch chocolatiers, some items may occasionally be out of stock or discontinued. If this happens, we may substitute with a product of equal or greater value — carefully selected to match the tone and quality of the original box.
FAQs
Can I send a message with the gift?
Yes — while we don’t offer printed message cards as standard, you can include a short message during checkout. We’ll do our best to include it with your order in a clean, simple format.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
No — our boxes are already designed to feel special and premium without additional wrapping. Think minimal, elegant, ready to gift.
Can I request delivery on a specific date?
You can request it, and we’ll aim for it — but we can’t guarantee it. Courier schedules and external factors are outside our control, so we recommend allowing a buffer of 1–2 days, especially for important occasions.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
No — we require a valid street address for delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within New Zealand.
What if my order arrives damaged or melted?
We take great care to ensure every box is securely packed and leaves our facility in perfect condition — intact, protected, and beautiful. Once it’s in the hands of the courier, we no longer have control over how it’s handled.
If your order arrives damaged or melted, you’re welcome to contact us with a photo and description. While we’ll always do our best to help, please understand that we can’t guarantee replacements or refunds for issues caused during transit, including breakage or exposure to heat.
We encourage recipients to be present for delivery wherever possible, especially during warmer months. Signature-required delivery is available upon request for an additional fee.
