Where we deliver

We offer tracked delivery throughout New Zealand to valid street addresses.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or internationally at this time.

What if my chocolate melts or arrives damaged?

We pack each order securely, but once it leaves our hands, we can’t control how it’s handled in transit.

If something arrives damaged or melted, please send us a photo and description. While we’ll do our best to help, we can’t guarantee replacements for issues caused during delivery.

Signature-required delivery is available upon request for an added fee.

Delivery timing

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days. Rural delivery may take longer.

You’ll receive a tracking link once your parcel is on the move.

Can I request delivery on a specific day?

You’re welcome to request a preferred delivery date, and we’ll do our best — but we can’t guarantee it.

We recommend allowing 1–2 days of buffer around special occasions.

Can I include a message?

Yes — you can add a short personal message during checkout.

We’ll handwrite it in a simple, clean format and include it inside the box.

Sending to hospitals

Please check with the hospital first. Some wards may not accept courier deliveries.

If you do send to a hospital, include the recipient’s full name, ward/room number, and a contact phone number.

Do you gift wrap?

No — our boxes are already designed to feel special without extra wrapping.
