Things to know
Delivery & packaging
Orders are packed and sent within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 1–3 days NZ-wide. Rural addresses may take longer. Couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. Parcels are wrapped in soft tissue and sealed — ready to gift.
We recommend delivering to an address where someone can receive the parcel directly. Couriers may leave parcels in unsupervised areas, especially at apartments.
During warmer months, we suggest sending to a work address or somewhere the parcel won’t sit outside for long.

Because we work with small-batch chocolatiers, some items may be unavailable from time to time. If needed, we’ll include a similar product of equal or greater value, matched to the tone of the box.
